As we close 2012, this was a year of crisis communications. From the need to respond to tragedies to corporate decisions to divorces, 2012 showed why any organziation or celebrity needs a crisis communications plan in place. Tom Cruise and his team actually were winners in dealing with the PR crisis over his divorce. Losers in dealing with a PR crisis were Todd Akin, pink slime, and Susan G. Komen. What do you think?
